This Privacy Policy applies to the Tracky app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Firat Tekin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Crucial: The primary function of Tracky is to help you track your expenses. All financial data, transaction entries, budget categories, and notes you input into the Application are stored locally on your device.

• We do not transmit your personal financial entries to any external server or cloud database owned by the Service Provider.
• We do not have access to your specific expense data, income details, or transaction history.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

While your financial data remains local, the Application may collect certain non-personal data automatically to ensure the app functions correctly and to improve user experience:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and device settings.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, which features you use most (e.g., how often you open the charts view), and retention metrics.
• Analytics Data: App performance metrics, crash reports, and aggregate usage statistics.
• Purchase History: Information regarding your subscription status and in-app purchase history (processed via Apple App Store).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide the core functionality of expense tracking (processed locally).
• To process in-app purchases, paywalls, and manage subscriptions (via RevenueCat and Superwall).
• To analyze user behavior to understand how the App is used and to improve features (via Mixpanel and Firebase).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Since your financial data is stored locally, we do not share it. However, for the operational and analytical aspects of the Application, we work with third-party service providers.

• Firebase (Google LLC): Used for analytics, crash reporting, and app infrastructure.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information. Since your financial data is stored locally on your device, its security also depends on your device's security settings (e.g., passcodes, FaceID, TouchID).

For data transmitted to our third-party vendors (like subscription status), we rely on their industry-standard security protocols. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Local Data: You have full control over your financial data. Deleting the Application from your device will result in the permanent deletion of all locally stored expense data.
• Opt-Out: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.

6. Children's Privacy

Although the Application is rated for ages 4+ on the App Store, it is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
